We are looking for an Account Manager who can build trust, guide teams, and move projects forward with intention, balancing momentum with thoughtfulness.
What you will do
路聽聽聽聽聽 Own and grow client relationships built on trust, clarity, and consistency
路聽聽聽聽聽 Translate client intent into clear internal direction and back again
路聽聽聽聽聽 Lead projects end to end, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and people
路聽聽聽聽聽 Manage budgets, costs, and margins with commercial discipline
路聽聽聽聽聽 Partner with creative and strategy teams to shape thoughtful, effective work
路聽聽聽聽聽 Navigate communications across advertising, PR, and live experiences with sound judgement
路聽聽聽聽聽 Prioritise effectively by knowing what needs action now and what can wait
路聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to internal ways of working and help raise the bar on how Simmer operates
What you bring
- 5 to 6 or more years of experience in account management or client servicing
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, presentation decks, and AI tools with practical prompt literacy
- Experience managing projects and leading client and internal conversations
- Strong relationship building instincts with clients, partners, and teams
- A calm, structured approach under pressure
