Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Account Executive to support our account management team across client servicing, copywriting, KOL coordination, and campaign reporting.

This role is suited for someone early in their agency career who enjoys both creative execution and structured, operational work, and is keen to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

This is an in-office role based in Singapore, working closely with internal teams and clients on integrated marketing and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Account Support
Support Account Managers in day-to-day client communications and follow-ups
Attend client meetings, take clear meeting notes, and circulate action items
Assist in preparing client decks, timelines, and campaign updates
Ensure client feedback and requests are accurately relayed to internal teams

Copywriting & Content Support
Write and adapt social media captions, short-form copy, and basic campaign messaging
Support content calendars and posting schedules
Assist in refining copy to align with brand tone of voice and platform best practices
Proofread all content for accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment

KOL / Influencer Outreach & Coordination
Research, shortlist, and assist in outreach to KOLs and creators
Coordinate communications with influencers on deliverables, timelines, and posting requirements
Track influencer deliverables, usage rights, and posting status
Compile influencer performance summaries post-campaign

Reporting & Performance Tracking
Compile weekly and monthly campaign reports across social media and influencer campaigns
Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, and clicks
Consolidate data from platform insights, influencer screenshots, and media summaries
Ensure reports are accurate, well-structured, and client-ready

Project Coordination & Operations
Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals across multiple campaigns
Coordinate internally with creative, social, influencer, and production teams
Maintain organised documentation including briefs, decks, reports, and trackers

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in an agency, social media, influencer, or marketing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable handling both creative tasks (copywriting) and structured tasks (reporting)
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and influencer ecosystems
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in an in-office setting
