Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, organised, and charismatic individual to own the “vibe” of our space. This isn’t just a desk job; it’s a hybrid role for someone who takes pride in physical excellence and digital creativity. You will ensure the space is pristine, the members are heard, and our brand is buzzing on social media.

The Details:

• Schedule: ≥3 Days per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Flexibility: Open to discussing Part-Time, Freelance, or Internship arrangements for the right fit.
• Location: International Plaza, Tanjong Pagar

What You’ll Be Doing

• Space Stewardship: Opening the space at 9:00 AM. You’ll be the one to ensure every table is streak-free, the pantry is perfectly stocked (labels forward), and the furniture is exactly where it should be.
• The Digital Front Desk: Handling emails and member inquiries with impeccable English. You are the first point of contact—professional, warm, and efficient.
• Content Creation: You are the face of our brand. You’ll be on-camera, creating Reels and TikToks that showcase the life of the space.
• Vibe Management: Keeping a pulse on the atmosphere, ensuring it stays a productive and welcoming environment for everyone.
