Job Description

  • Plan, organize, coordinate layout and execute promotions for department store and shopping center
  • Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties, to conceptualize, plan and executive promotional campaigns
  • Follow-through closely for all promotional activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising team for advertisements and collaterals
  • Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners.  Conduct checks on the event areas.
  • Organize, send, prepare media kit, goodie bags, invitation list, KOL/bloggers search for campaign launch
  • Search media partner to amplify the event and increase footfall and awareness
  • Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear-down of structure.
  • Preparation of reports and schedules, overview of promotional events.
  • Plan & strategize monthly calendar and set Yearly festive themes, organize and execute promotions for department store.
  • Liaise and work closely with merchandising departments, suppliers and other third parties to conceptualize, plan and exclusive promotional campaigns.
  • Follow-through closely for all promotion activities, monitor deadlines, work closely with advertising/Digital team for advertisements and collaterals/social media posting.
  • Source for promotion partner/s, sponsorships and/or rental partners.  Conduct checks on the sales floor areas.
  • Application for all relevant licenses from the authorities for lucky draw/ORBA/SCDF etc. for orchard road distributions and work with contractors and suppliers for efficient set-up and tear down of structure.
  • Any other job-related duties as and when assigned by the Company.
