Job Description:
- Manage and support day to day sales/ Purchasing related administrative works
- Verifying delivery orders, consolidate purchasing orders for billing
- Documents sorting and filing
- Assist in documentation of quotations, purchase orders and delivery orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient
- Able to work in a fast pace environment with tight datelines
- Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills
