Job Description
We are looking for self-driven people with a proven track record of driving sales results.
This person is required to:
1. Aanalyse our business climate, our competitors’ focus, our potential clients’ needs and limitations along with our government’s current drive and potential future direction.
2. Develop an action plan towards achieving or exceeding our short, mid, and long-term sales and financial targets.
3. Execute and deliver on the action plan effectively through:
3.1 the strength of his network within the industry including corporate clients, direct customers,
vendors, and partners/resellers.
3.2 monitoring the entire programme/service deliver process and resolving all issues to the
satisfaction of all stakeholders.
3.3 garnering feedback from stakeholders and recommending constructive, cost-effective corrective
actions.
3.4 maintaining client expectations at a sustainable, mutually beneficial level. This can include
guiding clients on the delivery process and their role in ensuring correction-free operational
details.
You are most likely to have about 1 to 2 years of successful sales experience (ideally in training, Cleaning Operations, Waste Management, and/or Food Services industries) and an unsatiable thirst for growth. A ITE certificate or polytechnic diploma in Business Administration may be an advantage.
