Job Description
Senior Brand Executive, Events & Marketing (GREEN-HOUSE Festival + HangOut)
Role type: Full-time
Location: CT Hub, Kallang, Singapore
Reports to: Founders / Project Director
Experience: Minimally 2 years
The mission
- You’ll help run GREEN-HOUSE—Singapore’s immersive sustainable lifestyle festival—and its smaller GREEN-HOUSE HangOut editions. This is an execution-meets-community role: you’ll take ideas from “nice concept” to “doors open, queues managed, partners happy, content posted, sponsors renewed.”
- This role is designed to be groomed into Manager → Project Director, so you’ll have real ownership from day one.
What you’ll own
Event production & ops
- Conceptualisation and proposal: Create meaningful experiences to build upon GREEN-HOUSE’s mission as Singapore’s leading sustainability lifestyle festival
- Plan and run timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Coordinate logistics: floor plans, load-in/out, equipment rentals, on-site ops, risk & contingency planning
- Manage volunteers / crew rosters and day-of show flow (registration, workshops, crowd movement, run sheets)
Partner & exhibitor management
- Onboard and manage brand vendors + workshop partners: booth guidelines, schedules, deliverables, comms
- Keep relationships warm and crisp (the sweet spot): clear expectations, quick problem-solving, good vibes
Marketing & comms
- Plan and manage marketing campaign calendars (IG/EDM/partners), key story beats, and community announcements
- Work with design team to create engaging social media content and build the GREEN-HOUSE community
- Gather assets from partners, ensure brand consistency, and keep deadlines from eating the team alive
- Track performance on basics (ticket sign-ups, footfall drivers, engagement), and refine what works
Project management (the real superpower)
- Turn chaos into clarity: meeting notes → action lists → timelines → follow-ups
- Lead weekly check-ins, status dashboards, and post-mortems to improve each edition
You’ll thrive here if you are…
- A calm operator: you don’t panic—you prioritise.
- A people person with backbone: kind, firm, and clear.
- Highly organised: spreadsheets, run sheets, checklists… yes please.
- Community-minded: sustainability is a “let’s make it doable” thing, not a lecture.
- Comfortable being hands-on (you’ll do some work that’s unglamorous—but satisfying).
Requirements
- 2+ years in events, project management, marketing, partnerships, or community programs (relevant experience counts more than titles)
- Strong writing and coordination skills (email/WhatsApp updates that people actually understand)
- Proven track record in creating communities and running successful social media campaigns
- Bonus: experience with festivals, brand partnerships/sponsorship, workshops programming, vendor management, or on-ground ops
What success looks like (first 6 months)
- You can independently run a HangOut edition end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Partners feel supported and want to return
- You’ve built a thriving community through social content engagement
- You’ve built a repeatable system: templates, SOPs, checklists, run sheets
