Role Overview

BRIXX DERMA is seeking a results-driven Growth & Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute revenue-generating initiatives across our digital ecosystem.

This role goes beyond execution. You will be responsible for driving measurable business growth across website campaigns, social commerce platforms, and B2B channels, working directly with the Founder to translate brand strategy into commercial outcomes.

This is a performance role, not a content role. If you are not comfortable being measured on revenue, conversion, and ROI, this role is not for you.

You will play a key role in shaping how the brand converts attention into revenue, through high-impact campaigns, strategic merchandising, and performance-led marketing initiatives.

Candidates should have prior experience in e-commerce marketing, digital campaigns, or social commerce, with a strong understanding of conversion, consumer behaviour, and revenue mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Campaign Ownership

Lead and execute high-conversion campaigns across:

  • Shopify website (primary focus for owned revenue growth)
  • TikTok Shop and Shopee (supporting channels for volume and discovery)

You will:

  • Plan and launch sales-led campaigns aligned with product drops, key dates, and growth objectives
  • Structure bundles, GWPs, and promotional mechanics to drive AOV and conversion
  • Ensure all campaigns are commercially sound, data-backed, and outcome-focused

2. Website Growth & Conversion Optimisation
Own the performance of BRIXX DERMA’s website as a core revenue channel

You will:

  • Work with design and marketing to optimise landing pages, product pages, and funnels
  • Improve conversion rate, customer journey, and purchase intent triggers
  • Identify and implement high-impact improvements across UX, messaging, and offer structure
  • Support email and retention campaigns to increase LTV and repeat purchase

3. B2B & Partnership Growth
Support expansion into clinics, wellness partners, and strategic collaborations

You will:

  • Assist in structuring B2B offers, bundles, and partnership proposals
  • Align product positioning for clinic, spa, and wellness integration
  • Support execution of co-branded campaigns and activation strategies

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Own visibility over performance metrics and campaign effectiveness

You will track:

  • Sales
  • AOV
  • Conversion rate
  • Campaign ROI

You will:

  • Identify performance gaps and propose clear optimisation strategies
  • Maintain structured reporting across campaigns and timelines
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are tied to measurable business impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, growth marketing, or social commerce
  • Strong understanding of conversion, sales psychology, and digital funnels
  • Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Shopee ecosystems
  • Ability to think commercially, not just creatively
  • Strong organisational and execution skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
