Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives in Singapore. This role will be responsible for developing localized strategies, managing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Singapore market
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships)
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee content creation, including localization of global assets
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors


Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Singapore or Southeast Asia
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Experience working in a regional or global organization is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
