Job Description
Working with a small team of dynamic individuals, the Graphic Designer will conceptualise and execute creative designs across digital and print platforms, supporting marketing campaigns and private events. This includes developing visual concepts, producing branded materials, preparing artwork for production, and creating renders to bring ideas to life.
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design graphics for digital platforms as well as printed materials such as invitations, brochures, flyers, packaging and branded collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications
- Translate ideas and concepts into visually engaging designs that support marketing, communications and event goals
- Work closely with all teams to understand project requirements and deliver within the deadlines provided
- Edit and touch up images as needed
- Prepare and refine design files for production
- Remain updated with design trends, tools and best practices
- Designing basic renders that will bring ideas to life
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or other applications
- Strong understanding of Typography, colour, layout and branding principles
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Diploma / Degree holder in Graphic Design or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects
- Good communication, presentation and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management skills.

- Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware
