Job Description

We’re looking for an Art Director who leads with ideas — someone for whom visual thinking is what you do. You’ll own the creative direction of campaigns across brand, digital, and motion, working with a team that moves fast and takes craft seriously.

We need someone who can walk into a brief and come back with a point of view — and then execute it beautifully.

What You Bring

A genuinely conceptual mind — you think in ideas before you think in executions

A strong, confident visual sense with the portfolio to prove it

Independence of thought — you push back when something is mediocre, including your own work

Solid motion graphics capability; you understand how time, rhythm and transition are design tools

Fluency across current AI creative platforms — Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, and whatever’s next

The ability to concept, direct and execute across brand, social, digital and film
