We are looking for a hands-on GraphicDesigner with production experience who wants to see their ideas come to life — from concept to installation.
This role combines creative design, proposal development, production coordination and in-house fabrication. You will work closely with the Sales and Client Account team to create signage solutions that enhance brand presence, improve wayfinding clarity, and deliver an Amazing Customer Experience.
This is not purely a desk-based design role. You will be involved from concept to production and support installation when required — owning projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Proposal Development
- Work closely with Sales and Client Account Managers to understand client requirements
- Develop creative and practical signage proposals
- Prepare artwork layouts, typography, sizing and material recommendations
- Create production-ready artwork files
- Conduct site visits to take measurements when required
Production & Coordination
- Oversee production from artwork approval to final delivery
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality and timely completion
- Produce selected signage in-house (vinyl cutting, masking, laminating, application)
- Operate and maintain production equipment (printer, plotter, laminator)
- Apply vehicle and window graphics
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Administrative & Store Support
- Assist in quotation preparation and liaise with suppliers
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Update production status and maintain proper project documentation and archives
- Assist with walk-in enquiries and general store operations
Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of branding, marketing and production processes
- Experience in large format printing, signage design and production preferred
- Hands-on production experience in vinyl application and signage fabrication is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willing to travel for site visits when required
- Comfortable with daily commute to work location near Tai Seng MRT
- Basic computer literacy required
