Job Description

Role- Retail & Inventory Coordinator (Part-Time)- The PureStitch

About The PureStitch- The PureStitch is a premium, sustainable kidswear brand based in Singapore. We create breathable, biodegradable clothing using pure linen, combining timeless design with ethical production. We currently retail through 3 consignment stores in Singapore and are expanding. We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented person to help manage physical inventory and retail coordination.

​​Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Manage and track stock across 3 consignment locations

Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets weekly

Track stock-in and stock-out movements on spreadsheets accurately

Conduct physical stock checks when required

Coordinate replenishment between warehouse and stores

Store Coordination
Visit stores periodically to:

Refresh visual displays

Ensure products are properly arranged and steamed (if required)

Check product condition and tagging

Communicate with store staff regarding stock levels or slow-moving items

Operational & Runner Support (Occasional)
Support during pop-ups or local photoshoots (as needed)

Help during major launches or events

Requirements
Based in Singapore

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

Responsible and trustworthy with physical inventory

Able to travel between store locations

Flexible schedule

Physically comfortable handling stock (lifting light boxes, arranging racks)

Bonus If You:
Have prior experience in retail or consignment operations

Have an eye for visual merchandising

Are passionate about sustainable or kidswear brands

 

Schedule & remuneration
Flexible part-time role

Approx. 3-5 hours per week. Can vary.

Some weeks may require more support (launches/events)
engagement
Remuneration/hr will also depend upon the type of work and No. of hours at one go. If it is long number of hours (more than 3 hrs), the remuneration will be few dollars low as it will be bulk payment
