Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition for our air and water purifier products. This role is highly focused on lead generation, cost efficiency, and scaling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok to generate high-quality leads
  • Own and manage the full marketing funnel — from ad creatives to lead conversion
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve low cost per lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality
  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor lead performance and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to scale winning campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve results
  • Manage daily ad spend and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
  • Develop and execute retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging, high-converting ad creatives
  • Continuously monitor competitors and market trends in the home wellness industry

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in performance marketing / lead generation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Experience generating leads for direct sales / appointment-based businesses
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
  • Ability to manage and scale marketing budgets effectively
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in air purifier, water purifier, or home wellness industry
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
  • Basic creative sense for ad performance (what works / what doesn’t)
