Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition for our air and water purifier products. This role is highly focused on lead generation, cost efficiency, and scaling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok to generate high-quality leads
- Own and manage the full marketing funnel — from ad creatives to lead conversion
- Optimize campaigns to achieve low cost per lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality
- Work closely with the sales team to monitor lead performance and improve conversion rates
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to scale winning campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve results
- Manage daily ad spend and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI
- Develop and execute retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging, high-converting ad creatives
- Continuously monitor competitors and market trends in the home wellness industry
Requirements:
- Proven track record in performance marketing / lead generation
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Experience generating leads for direct sales / appointment-based businesses
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Familiar with CRM systems and lead tracking processes
- Ability to manage and scale marketing budgets effectively
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in air purifier, water purifier, or home wellness industry
- Experience working with sales teams
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
- Basic creative sense for ad performance (what works / what doesn’t)
