Business Development Manager (Sales-Focused)

Are you a results-driven, target-crushing sales pro who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? Do you get excited by chasing opportunities, pitching big ideas, and helping brands grow? If yes, you might just be the Business Development Manager we’re looking for!

At our fast-paced creative agency, we’re on the hunt for someone who can drive growth, generate new business, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 2–4 years of proven business development or sales experience in an agency, marketing, or creative environment
  • Fearless attitude toward prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills – you can sell ice to an Eskimo (almost)
  • Strong networking abilities and comfort engaging with decision-makers at all levels
  • Understanding of 360 marketing solutions: branding, digital/social media campaigns, website design & development, and integrated creative services
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Data-driven mindset: able to track pipelines, forecast opportunities, and report on results

What you’ll be doing:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across different industries
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with prospects and understand their business needs
  • Arrange and attend meetings to present the agency’s services

Sales & Proposal Support

  • Work with the team to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Present solutions to clients with guidance where needed

Pipeline & Reporting

  • Track leads, opportunities, and conversions
  • Report on sales activities and progress

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Contribute ideas for new business opportunities and partnerships
