Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Executive to join our social media agency team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day client communications, support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, and ensure projects run smoothly from briefing to delivery.
As a Client Executive, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production), ensuring that client expectations are clearly communicated and delivered on time. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, tracking campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to improve results and grow accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Manage day-to-day communications, timelines, and deliverables across multiple social media projects
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, content calendars, and digital initiatives
- Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and media teams
- Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, and media teams to ensure smooth execution
- Review content before delivery to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and quality
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and insights for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance or expand services
- Manage revisions and feedback cycles efficiently
- Maintain organised documentation of project timelines, feedback, and deliverables
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in a social media or digital marketing agency.
- Fresh grads with a knack of communication are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Familiarity with content production workflows and campaign timelines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid ads, engagement metrics, and lead generation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
