Job Description
Brixx Derma is a fast-growing beauty tech brand combining science, innovation, and aesthetics. We create clinically-inspired devices and skincare, and are building a strong presence across e-commerce and live commerce platforms.
We are looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer who can translate strategy into visuals that elevate perception and drive conversion.
This role goes beyond creating assets. You will play a key role in shaping how Brixx Derma is seen across campaigns, e-commerce, and content, balancing a premium, clinical aesthetic with strong commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design campaign creatives across marketing and social platforms
- Develop visuals for product launches, promotions, and key sales campaigns
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, maintaining a premium, science-backed identity
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce team to align on campaign direction, messaging, and offers
- Translate product features into clear, visually compelling narratives that drive conversion
- Support creation of livestream visuals, banners, and on-screen assets
- Deliver creatives within tight timelines and support fast-paced campaign execution
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Understands the difference between designing for branding vs designing for sales
- Able to balance premium visuals with performance-driven creatives
- Fast, responsive, and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, campaign-driven environment
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly based on performance
Bonus If You Have
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
- Understanding of e-commerce creatives (TikTok, Shopee, Meta ads)
- Basic knowledge of content trends and what converts
- Motion graphics or video editing skills
