Freelance Florist & Studio Assistant
Job Description
Hiring florists to support our Mother’s Day season and other events.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and condition flowers and foliage
- Create floral arrangements for retail orders, corporate gifting, and seasonal drops
- Support floristry setup, logistics, workshops, and event operations
- Help maintain studio cleanliness and organisation
- Assist with ad-hoc floral or styling needs as required
Requirements:
- Passion for flowers, design, is physically fit for some heavy lifting, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
Brings a thoughtful approach to work, with a willingness to support the team, take initiative, and follow instructions with care - Adaptable, comfortable with changing schedules, tasks, and fast-paced environments across events, workshops, and studio work
- Can commit between 18th April to 30th May 2026
- Have flexible availability across weekdays and weekends, depending on project needs
- A creative portfolio is required, this can include personal projects or any work that reflects your creative eye and attention to detail
- Prior floristry experience is a bonus but not essential
