Job Description

Senior Designer (6-8 YOE) — Singapore

At &Larry, we believe great design starts with soul and purpose.

As we celebrate our 20th year and shaping what’s next, we’re looking for a Senior Designer who leads with intention, thinks strategically, and raises the bar for visual craft. Someone who can mentor, manage, and make — blending creative vision with attention to detail and purpose.

What you’ll do:
• Lead brand, digital, and print projects from concept to delivery
• Build thoughtful brand identities, design systems & guidelines
• Mentor junior designers and uphold high standards of craft
• Present design thinking with clarity and confidence
• Oversee final artwork and ensure all deliverables are production-ready

We’d love if you’re:
• 6–8 years into your design career
• Experienced in building identities, visual storytelling & system thinking
• A confident leader with mentoring and project ownership experience
• Proficient in Adobe CC (AI, ID, PS, AE)
• Bonus: Skilled in UI/UX, motion, or 3D
• Organised, detail-oriented & calm under multiple deadlines
• A thoughtful communicator and collaborative team player
• Based in Singapore (SG/PR only)
