Job Description
Role Description
- Full-time on-site role based in Singapore
- Lead/co-lead a team of technicians/general workers to upkeep quality service standards
- Plan job scheduling to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with clients on job execution
- Conduct assessments, address, follow through and resolve technical-related issues
- Keeping abreast and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Ensure proper documentation for record keeping
- Undertake other responsibilities as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently
- Troubleshooting, optimizing systems, and liaising with stakeholders to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessments and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant engineering tools
- Motivated, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field is required
- Experience in engineering practices is preferred
