Position Overview:
We are seeking a proven sales performer who is goal-oriented and passionate about the media industry. Your role will require you to develop strong relationships with our clients and develop media solutions to unlock business opportunities for the company. You will be directly involved in crafting proposals, pitching and building client relationships with established brands and agencies.
Responsibilities:
– Proactive lead generation & onboard new clients through sourcing, industry networking, cold emailing and cold calling.
– Support revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and retainer contracts.
– Collaborate closely with creative teams to craft content strategies and ideas tailored to meet client objectives.
– Support account management functions by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
– Ensure timely communication, professional client servicing, and alignment with project deliverables and deadlines.
– Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities across media, digital content, and advertising industries.
– Generate media plans and proposals on a daily basis to pitch to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and UNFOLD Asia’s offerings.
Requirements:
– 1-2 years proven experience in media and advertising sales, with a robust network of agency contacts and client relationships in the local and/or regional space. Experience negotiating long-term deals is preferred.
– Deep understanding and ability to articulate the value of sponsored content and content creators as integral components of marketing strategies.
– Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a dedication to delivering quality content to our audiences.
– Excellent communication skills with a strong presence, adept at building rapport with clients at various levels of seniority.
– Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethics.
