Job Summary

Manage client relationships and accounts by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns with insightful reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts
• Manage pitches and account activities to ensure strategic direction and timelines meet client briefs
• Deliver timely campaign and project updates, including post-campaign reporting with actionable insights and analysis
• Monitor and apply the latest digital and social media trends to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Share industry knowledge and campaign learnings with team members and across the agency during regular sessions
• Collaborate effectively with a motivated and diverse team to achieve project goals
