Design Executive – Mid Weight (Digital / Graphic)
Who We Are
Job Description
We’re looking for a Mid Weight Design Executive with strong editorial and social media experience, and at least 3–4 years of experience. You should have worked on government campaigns or public sector projects, and be confident leading projects from concept through to execution.
You’re a multi-disciplinary designer who can craft compelling stories across formats — from publications and infographics to social content and short-form video. You’re both a thinker and a doer, with a strong eye for design, content, and narrative. A senior or creative lead position will be offered for those who are more experience.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable on how to optimise social media platforms, work with brand guidelines and understand creative direction
- Experience in social media and digital content creation
- Prior experience with government or public sector projects
- Ability to lead projects independently, from concept to execution
- Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Positive, open-minded, and forward-thinking, with a collaborative and enthusiastic spirit.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development, pitches, and creative execution
- Design and produce editorial, digital, and social content
- Translate brand strategies into clear, engaging visuals
- Ensure strong content structure and information flow
- Collaborate with teams to deliver work on time and to a high standard
- Stay updated on design and social media trends
Skills
- Background in Design, Media, or related fields
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and After Effects required)
- Experience in art direction, photography, motion graphics, or taking Tik Tok video is a plus
- Strong understanding of digital and social platforms
- Good written and spoken English
