Who We Are
Job Description
The Role
This is a contract position for someone who knows how to hold a project together when there are a lot of moving parts and a lot of stakeholders watching. You’ll be the connective tissue between clients and our production team — translating briefs into clear deliverables, keeping version control tight, and making sure nothing ships until it’s right. You’re not just coordinating. You’re responsible for the quality and integrity of the work.
If you’ve produced content or managed delivery for high-stakes events or client accounts — and you know what it means to be the person clients can actually rely on — this is worth reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
1) Client Communication
Own the day-to-day correspondence with clients — prompt, professional, and always with context
Translate client feedback into clear, actionable briefs for the creative & post production team
Flag risks early. No surprises at delivery
2) Project & Version Management
Maintain meticulous version control across assets, decks, scripts, and approvals
Track deliverable status across multiple concurrent workstreams
Ensure every file delivered is the right version, reviewed, and signed off
3) Production Coordination
Work closely with designers, video editors, and motion teams to manage timelines and output quality
Coordinate logistics for flagship events — live or virtual — including assets, run-of-show, and technical handoffs
Support post-event reviews and capture what needs to improve
4) Quality & Accuracy
Review outputs before they go to clients — not just for errors, but for coherence and intent
Hold the brief. If something doesn’t answer the original objective, it doesn’t leave to reach the client
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You’ve managed client-facing projects where you were the primary point of contact — and you were good at it
- You’ve wrangled version control across multiple stakeholders without losing your mind (or the latest file)
- You understand that production is a communication act, not a logistics exercise
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity. Flagship events rarely go exactly to plan
- You’re curious about the content — not just the deadline
This Might Not Be for You If
- You need a fully scoped brief before you can move
- You think “version 3 final FINAL (2)” is a reasonable file-naming system
- You produce to spec without caring whether the work actually lands
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in a producer, project manager, or account management role — ideally in a content, agency, or events environment
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships at the day-to-day level
- Strong command of project tracking and version management — tools matter less than habits
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management platforms, and live event logistics
- Familiarity with content production workflows (video, design, or live events) is a strong advantage
- Based in Singapore and available to work based out of the Singapore office
The Contract
Duration: 3 months
