Role Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Social Media Content Creator to help create and grow KODO’s Instagram content.
This role is focused on creating high quality Instagram content, including reels, stories, carousels, product content, lifestyle content, and event content.
You will work closely with the founders to turn KODO’s products, community events, and brand ideas into content that feels premium, modern, and engaging.
We are looking to start with a 1 month freelance arrangement. If both sides are happy with the collaboration, we are open to onboarding the person into a longer term role with KODO.
Scope of Work
Create Instagram content for KODO, including reels, stories, carousels, static posts, and reels covers.
Help plan and organize the monthly Instagram content calendar.
Edit short form videos using product shots, founder content, event footage, lifestyle clips, and customer content.
Design clean and premium social media visuals that fit KODO’s brand identity.
Write or support simple captions that match KODO’s brand voice.
Repurpose event photos and videos into Instagram content.
Suggest content ideas and formats that are relevant to wellness, fitness, longevity, and lifestyle.
Support occasional shoots or events if based in Singapore.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who:
Has experience creating Instagram content for brands, creators, or personal projects.
Understands Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and what makes content perform.
Has a good eye for design, layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
Can edit short form videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, or similar tools.
Can create content that feels premium, clean, modern, and social first.
Is proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently.
Is interested in wellness, fitness, health, supplements, longevity, or lifestyle brands.
Has a portfolio or examples of past Instagram content, reels, or social media work.
Nice to Have
Experience with wellness, fitness, beauty, supplements, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
Basic photography or videography skills.
Experience creating content for paid ads.
Experience working with influencers, creators, or community events.
Based in Singapore and able to attend occasional events or shoots.
Engagement Details
Location: Singapore preferred
Type: Freelance
Initial period: 1 month
Start: Flexible
Compensation: Market based monthly freelance retainer, starting from SGD 1,000/month, depending on experience, portfolio, and agreed scope of work.
This role will start as a 1 month freelance arrangement so both sides can see if there is a strong working fit.
If the collaboration goes well, we are open to onboarding the person into a longer term role with KODO. This could be structured as a regular freelance retainer, part time role, or full time position depending on fit and availability.
Additional event coverage, photoshoots, or campaign work can be discussed separately.
