Job Description
The Role
You will work closely with the marketing team on both creative and operational marketing initiatives across the clinic and skincare brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution — from filming content and designing posters to coordinating launches, managing social media, and supporting campaigns behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Social Media
- Assist in planning and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and LinkedIn
- Film and edit short-form video content including Reels and TikToks
- Design static graphics, carousels, story content, and promotional visuals
- Assist with content planning and scheduling across platforms
- Support social media community management and engagement
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform updates
2. Brand & Marketing Collaterals
- Design and prepare marketing collaterals including posters and promotional materials
- Assist with printing, formatting, and preparation of physical marketing materials
- Ensure visual consistency across the Skinscape brand and skincare line
- Support the creation of email marketing materials
3. Campaigns, Events & Partnerships
- Support marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activations
- Assist in planning and executing events such as clinic anniversary celebrations, skincare launches, and collaborations
- Coordinate with KOLs, creators, PR agencies, and external vendors
- Assist in organising professional photoshoots and video productions
4. Website & E-Commerce Support
- Upload and update website content on WordPress and WooCommerce
- Support skincare product inventory management and fulfilment operations
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media or content creation
- Diploma or degree in related fields
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply
- Basic photography know-how
- Good command of English
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across different areas
- Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
