In lieu of feedback from our valued employers, we are rolling out a series of improvements to how users register and apply for jobs on Cultjobs. These updates are designed to create a more secure, structured, and seamless experience for both employers and job seekers on the platform.
New User Registration Flow
We have updated the registration process to make sign-ups clearer and more structured. New users will now select whether they are registering as a Candidate or an Employer during sign-up. This ensures each user is directed to the right account experience from the start.
Email Verification for New Sign-Ups
New users must verify their email address before gaining full access to Cultjobs. A verification link will be sent automatically after registration. This helps improve account security and reduces spam or invalid accounts.
Job Applications Are Restricted to Registered Candidates
Only registered Candidate accounts can apply for jobs. Employer accounts and unverified accounts will not have access to the application flow. By doing so, this ensure that employers receive applications from verified candidate profiles.
