Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for an Assistant Producer at alice.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely with our Producers to support the planning, coordination, and execution of video productions. You will be involved in projects from pre-production through to final delivery, gaining hands-on exposure to the entire production process.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in video production, project management, or creative communications. You’ll gain practical experience working with clients, managing production logistics, and learning how ideas are transformed into finished content.

Key Responsibilities

Support Producers in planning and coordinating video productions
Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and resource allocation
Coordinate talent casting, location sourcing, permits, and production logistics
Support on-set production activities and shoot coordination
Liaise with internal team members and external freelancers for project matters
Ensure project documentation is organised and up to date
Assist with creative development and pre-production preparation
Conduct post-production reviews and assist with feedback consolidation
