About Brixx Derma
Brixx Derma is a fast-growing beauty-tech and skincare brand focused on delivering clinic-inspired treatments from the comfort of home. We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to support our customer care, warranty, and e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support
- Respond to customer enquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Shopify, email, and social media channels.
- Maintain a response time of within 24 hours during working days.
- Assist customers with order, delivery, warranty, and product-related enquiries.
Warranty & Returns Management
- Manage the warranty email inbox and maintain accurate records of customer cases.
- Verify customer orders and warranty eligibility.
- Coordinate warranty claims and returned devices.
- Label and document returned products clearly for internal assessment and follow-up.
- Update customers on warranty outcomes and resolutions.
Device Assessment Coordination
- Visit the warehouse when devices are returned for inspection (typically once weekly or as required).
- Perform basic device checks according to internal guidelines.
- Document findings and escalate cases when necessary.
E-Commerce Support
- Register for campaigns and promotional activities on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with basic platform operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong written communication skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating with customers professionally.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Shopify is a bonus.
- Able to travel to the warehouse when required.
- Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently.
