Marketing Executive

Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, supporting company events, creating marketing content, and driving brand awareness to generate leads and support business growth.
The role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate across departments, work with external vendors, and ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan and schedule content according to the marketing calendar.
Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries when required.
Track and report campaign performance metrics.
2. Content Creation
Develop marketing content including:
Social media posts
EDMs
Customer testimonials
Product promotions
Internal communications
Coordinate photo and video shoots.
Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding guidelines.
3. Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, referral programs, and product launches.
Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Events & Employee Engagement
Support planning and execution of:
Company events
D&D
Team bonding activities
Incentive trips
Product roadshows
Customer appreciation events
Coordinate event logistics, vendors, registrations, and promotional materials.
5. Partnership & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers, photographers, and event vendors.
Support partnership marketing activities with interior designers, developers, and corporate partners.
Ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and within budget.
6. Lead Generation Support
Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
Assist in generating marketing-qualified leads through digital campaigns and events.
Track enquiries and campaign-generated leads.
Support CRM updates and lead reporting.
7. Branding & Corporate Communications
Maintain consistency of the Happie SG brand across all touchpoints.
Assist with company announcements, newsletters, and internal communications.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
8. Administrative Support
Maintain marketing inventory and promotional materials.
Track marketing budgets and vendor invoices.
Organize marketing files and campaign documentation.

Requirements
Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered.
Skills
Social media management.
Graphic design skills (Canva preferred).
Basic video editing skills.
Copywriting and content creation.
Event coordination.
Good organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
