Job Description
As an Administrative Executive, you will work with multiple functions in Aid to keep processes running smoothly. You will observe the different key functions to understand the business overview, and provide support mainly related to administration, accounts, hiring and marketing.
- Manage internal office communication, including receiving phone calls, taking messages, and overseeing email correspondences to ensure timely responses
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial procedures, including preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget management
- Schedule job postings weekly
- Screen job applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process in collaboration with the team
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing materials and collaterals, including digital content, brochures, and promotional campaigns, to support business development efforts
