Job: Art Director

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering beautiful and creative ideas, and understand client’s needs in marketing campaigns.

Job Description:

• Ideate, conceptualize, and execute design for marketing assets, layouts and templates for client commissioned marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL), according to direction set by the company’s Creative Director.
• Design company collateral and material, including but not limited to pitch decks, reports, and other documents.
• Help out with the design and overall look and feel of company website and internally owned social media platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and design
• Prepare final artwork files for production or publishing.
• Be able to create illustrations, drawings and sketches, whether for comics or other purposes.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in an integrated or digital creative agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative campaign thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools, mid journey, runway and other AI tools (After Effects a plus).
• Strong typography, layout, and storytelling instincts.
• Experience directing photographers, illustrators, animators, and editors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
