Social Media & Content Marketing Intern

Job Description

YeoMama Batik is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, content creation and social media strategy who is looking to gain hands-on experience with a growing fashion and lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the planning, creation and production of content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
– Design creative assets and edit photos and videos for use across social media platforms.
– Support the growth and day-to-day management of our social media channels through content scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
– Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, direct messages and comments across social platforms.
– Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters.
– Stay up to date with social media trends and contribute ideas to improve content performance and audience engagement.

Skills & Qualifications
– Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
– Strong photo and video editing skills.
– Basic photography skills.
– A keen eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling.
– Strong organisational and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Bonus Skills
Experience with Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram advertising, is an advantage.
