Job Description
Job Description:
- Plan and create content for online channels do not limit to social media, microsite, etc
- Create visual contents including infographics, memes, GIFs, reels and other visual assets
- Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience
- Conduct in-depth social media research to develop various social media content like graphics, videos, and other forms of content to understand the audience’s needs
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with creative team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with new design techniques and software
- Any ad-hoc duties as directed
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Art / Design / Creative Multimedia / Computer Graphics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with social media design experience
- Solid knowledge of image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and work within tight timeline
- Possess positive disposition, independent, resourceful and a team player
