You will help turn project objectives into clear campaign plans, coordinate content, talent and partners, and support delivery from the planning stage through to the live event.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates clearly and can keep multiple moving parts on track. You will work closely with project, creative and operations teams, and have opportunities to take ownership as you build confidence and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

•    Coordinate content across social media, email, websites, presentation decks and audience communications, including drafting copy and content briefs.
•    Manage content calendars, asset trackers, feedback, approvals and version control so materials are delivered accurately and on time.
•    Work with the Creative Designer, photographers, videographers and other partners to brief and coordinate marketing assets.
•    Support event programming and talent coordination, including performers, emcees, creators, activities, outreach, briefs, schedules, deliverables and on-site requirements.
•    Support publicity, PR and outreach coordination, including media, community, client, sponsor and partner communications and deliverables.
•    Support VIP/GOH and stakeholder programme requirements, including briefs, schedules, ceremonial flow, on-site liaison and audience touchpoint checks.
•    Track basic campaign performance, audience feedback and content results, and contribute to post-event reports and recommendations.
•    Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across campaign and event touchpoints while managing multiple deadlines.
