Job Description

Looking for flexible part-time work where your contribution really matters?

Join us behind the scenes of a global executive brand, helping bring thought leadership to life for C-Suite leaders around the world. We’re a high-performing team that cares about doing excellent work — and genuinely enjoys working together.

The Basics

Part-Time: Approx. 15 hours/week across 3–5 weekdays

Location: 100% remote

Compensation: S$22–S$25/hour

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only; no work-pass sponsorship available

Hours are flexible, but because we publish throughout the week, the role requires regular availability across 3-5 weekdays rather than completing all 15 hours in one or two days.

About the Role

Think of yourself as the person who helps turn great ideas into great execution.

Brenda creates the core thought leadership, and we already have an established brand, content strategy, and ways of working. You’ll help bring all of that to life – coordinating the moving pieces, creating polished visuals, keeping content flowing, and making sure what goes out into the world feels unmistakably BBI.

This is a hands-on role rather than a strategy or creative-director position. But that doesn’t mean we don’t want your ideas. We love people who notice opportunities, suggest improvements, and help us make good things even better.

Key Responsibilities

Core weekly responsibilities

  • Coordinate the weekly content calendar.
  • Format, schedule, and publish approved content, primarily on LinkedIn.
  • Create simple on-brand graphics using Canva.
  • Repurpose existing thought leadership into multiple social media formats.
  • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and publishing deadlines.
  • Monitor comments and engagement, flagging relevant activity and helping ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain organized content files and workflow status.

Periodic responsibilities

  • Format and distribute newsletters through Constant Contact.
  • Update selected marketing materials.
  • Prepare a concise monthly performance report.
  • Support occasional priority marketing projects, subject to available hours.

About You

You would be a great fit if…

  • You’re one of those people who actually likes getting the details right.
  • You enjoy turning moving pieces into something organized and beautifully executed.
  • You spot the typo, wonky spacing, or missed deadline before anyone else does.
  • You’re comfortable taking ownership: if something needs following up, you follow it up.
  • You have good judgment and know when to ask, when to act, and when to flag something.
  • You enjoy working with people who care about doing excellent work without making everything feel heavy.
  • You enjoy having a laugh along the way. We certainly do.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital communications or a related field.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or executive social media accounts.
  • Excellent written English, as the role involves editing, formatting, and publishing English-language thought leadership content for a global executive audience
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude), using them to improve productivity while maintaining sound judgment and human oversight.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scheduling social media content using various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Professional, Instagram, X, and website blog).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact (or similar email marketing platforms) is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will help ensure:

  • Brenda’s thought leadership goes out consistently, on time, and looks great.
  • Our executive brand feels polished and unmistakably BBI across every touchpoint.
  • The content operation runs smoothly, with the team confident that the details are handled.
