Front-End & Back-End Developer

  About the Position:
We are looking for talented and motivated Front-End and Back-End Developers to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidates are passionate about building reliable, scalable, and user-friendly applications and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. You will work with designers, developers, product managers, and other team members to develop new features, improve existing applications, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver high-quality software. We welcome both experienced developers and candidates who can demonstrate strong technical skills through education, certifications, or personal projects.

Front-End Developer — Responsibilities

Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
Build interactive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Convert UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web pages.
Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable code.
Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end bugs.
Test new features and ensure a consistent user experience.
Collaborate with designers and backend developers.
Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
Keep up with modern web-development technologies and best practices.
– Front-End Qualifications
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with React, Vue, Angular, or similar frameworks is preferred.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Understanding of browser compatibility and web performance.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Back-End Developer — Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
Build and maintain secure and reliable APIs.
Develop backend services that support web and mobile applications.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
Implement authentication, authorization, and appropriate security practices.
Troubleshoot application errors and performance issues.
Test APIs and backend functionality.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate applications and services.
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.
Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend systems.
Assist with deployment, monitoring, and ongoing application improvements.
– Back-End Qualifications
Experience with at least one backend language such as Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, PHP, C#, or Ruby.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and web services.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Understanding of software-development principles and data structures.
Knowledge of cloud platforms or CI/CD is a plus.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information      Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Passion for technology and continuous improvement.
Experience working on personal, academic, freelance, or professional software projects is a plus.
