Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead projects end-to-end and help shape the next chapter of the studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project Leadership — Manage design phases, timelines, and budgets for F&B, corporate, and/or hospitality projects from concept through completion.
- Client Relations — Act as the main client-facing contact, presenting at key milestones including proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualisations.
- Technical Coordination — Oversee space planning and material/FF&E specification, and coordinate closely with external contractors during site execution
- Team Guidance — Mentor junior designers, upholding high creative and technical standards across the studio.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 5–8+ years of professional interior design experience, with a track record of leading projects independently
- Proven experience presenting directly to clients and managing project budgets/timelines
- Strong portfolio in F&B, corporate, and/or hospitality design (please include a portfolio link or PDF with your application)
- Comfortable working in a design-led studio model — coordinating with external contractors rather than an in-house build team
Technical Skills

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Excel (for FF&E schedules, budgets, and specifications)
