We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Content Creator to help grow a personal brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.

You’ll be involved in:

💡 Coming up with content ideas & hooks
🎬 Filming short-form videos & property content
✂️ Editing Reels, TikToks & Shorts
📱 Writing captions & publishing content
📊 Looking at performance and improving future content
🤖 Exploring AI tools to create better content
What we’re looking for
Someone who is creative, proactive and has good content instincts.

You should be comfortable with:

Filming with a phone/camera
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
TikTok & Instagram Reels
B-roll, captions, pacing & storytelling
Real estate experience is not required.
AI/content tool experience is a plus.

Most importantly, we want someone who can look at an idea and think:

“How can we make this more interesting?”

You’ll have creative input, not just follow instructions.
