Who We Are

Bravo is a branding consultancy based in Singapore, specialising in hospitality, F&B, fashion, lifestyle, and education. We build brand identities, campaigns, and systems, from strategy through to creative execution. Our clients are typically businesses going through repositioning, premiumisation, or portfolio expansion. We're a small team, and you'll work directly with the Creative Director on every project.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to bring brand identities to life, from concept through to final deliverables. You’ll work across identity design, brand collateral, packaging, environmental graphics, and brand playbooks. This is a craft-focused role with real creative ownership.

Responsibilities
– Design brand identity systems: logos, typography, colour palettes, graphic devices
– Develop brand collateral across print and digital: stationery, menus, signage, packaging, pitch decks
– Create brand guidelines and playbooks that clients can use independently
– Contribute visual ideas during branding workshops and strategy sessions
– Prepare presentation-ready design work for client reviews
– Maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints

Requirements
– 2 to 4 years in graphic design or brand design, ideally at a branding or design studio
– Strong portfolio showing identity design and brand systems, not just one-off graphics
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
– Sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
– Able to articulate design decisions clearly to both the team and clients

Nice to Have
– Experience designing for hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
– Motion graphics or basic animation skills
– Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow

What You’ll Gain
– Ownership over entire brand identity systems, not just individual assets
– Portfolio work across hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and education brands
– Direct mentorship from the Creative Director
– Involvement in brand strategy, not just execution
