Job Description

The Role

Aid is looking for a Management Associate to work across business development, operations, projects, and strategic initiatives.

You will support management on real commercial and operational priorities, analyse problems, coordinate across teams, and help drive projects from idea to execution.

This role is suited for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working across different parts of the business rather than within a single function.

What You’ll Work On

Business & Strategy

• Support management on business planning, market research, and strategic initiatives
• Analyse commercial opportunities, competitors, markets, and operational performance
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and decision-making materials
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and business performance

Projects & Operations

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across sales, operations, design, marketing, and project teams
• Track priorities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up items
• Support internal process improvement and implementation of new initiatives
• Work with different teams to resolve operational and project-related issues

Commercial & Market Development

• Support business development, client research, and market expansion initiatives
• Assist with proposals, presentations, quotations, and client follow-ups
• Research new sectors, partnerships, and regional opportunities
• Contribute to commercial projects from initial analysis through execution

What We’re Looking For

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and managing changing priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership of assigned work
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with strong academic, leadership, or project experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Basic Salary: S$3,200–S$4,000/month

Final compensation will depend on experience, capability, and overall suitability for the role.
