Job Description
Our approach sits somewhere between documentary and editorial. We value real moments, but we also care deeply about composition, atmosphere, light and the overall visual story of a wedding day.
THE INTERNSHIP
We’re looking for Photography & Videography Interns to join the Forlover team and gain hands-on experience working alongside our main shooters on real wedding days.
This is an opportunity to learn how we approach a wedding from start to finish — from observing and assisting our team, to gradually taking on more responsibility as you become more comfortable with our workflow and style.
Depending on your experience, skillset and development with us, you may be involved in:
- Assisting our photographers / videographers throughout the wedding day
- Capturing secondary angles, details and candid moments
- Learning how we approach composition, light and movement
- Taking on parts of the day independently as you develop
- Working alongside the main team to create a cohesive gallery or film
- Assisting with equipment and on-the-day logistics
- Receiving feedback and guidance from our team
- Learning the practical side of working professionally in the wedding industry
We don’t expect you to come in already knowing everything. We’re more interested in your eye, instincts, attitude and willingness to learn. Wedding experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

- Have an understanding of composition and light

- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn, create and grow with us.
