We realised that there are too many fashion brands focusing only on how the community should look, but not enough priority placed on how they would feel. Hence, we aspire to be the pioneer of change in the fashion footwear industry for the everyday person – To achieve a balance between looking and feeling good.
Founded in 2000, we are currently present in Singapore and several international markets. We are continually looking to make an impact in the fashion footwear industry for more people globally and to be their voice by expanding our physical and technological presence.
Job Description
We’re looking for a creative intern with an interest in fashion, photography and social media. You’ll support the team in creating engaging photo and video content for DMK’s digital platforms, campaigns and events. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll gain experience in content production from planning to editing.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with product, campaign, lifestyle and event shoots.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and product details.
- Support the preparation of mood boards, shot lists, equipment and shoot schedules.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos for digital use.
- Resize and adapt content for different platforms and formats.
- Help organise DMK’s photo and video library.
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to develop fresh content ideas.
- Keep up with fashion and social-media trends.
What We’re Looking For
- An interest in photography, videography, fashion and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting and composition.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- A portfolio of personal, school or freelance work is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and receive feedback.
- Organised, responsible and comfortable working both independently and with a team.
