Apartment is a Singapore-based interior design and renovation studio. We create homes around the people who live in them, their routines, personalities and the way they enjoy their spaces.
With our own in-house carpentry and tiling teams, we take a hands-on approach from design through to the details of the finished home.
Through our content, we want to share more than completed interiors. We want to tell the stories behind our projects, explain our design decisions and show the work that brings each home together.
Job Description

Apartment is an interior design and renovation studio looking for a freelance creative to help turn our project photos, videos and ideas into engaging social media content.
We’ll provide the design stories, content direction and available project materials. You’ll help shape them into polished visuals, short videos and captions that reflect our work and personality.
What you’ll do
Edit and enhance interior project photos, including colour correction, lighting adjustments, cropping and straightening.
Create short videos and Instagram Reels from supplied footage and photos.
Suggest suitable hooks, pacing, music, text overlays and cover images.
Write and refine captions based on our ideas and project details.
Design simple social media graphics and carousel posts when needed.
Adapt content for the required social media formats.
Work with our founder to plan deliverables and meet agreed deadlines.
Who we’re looking for
A strong portfolio in photo editing, short-form video and social media content.
A good eye for interiors, composition, colours and detail.
The ability to create clean, natural edits that represent spaces and materials accurately.
Clear English writing skills and an ability to tell a story without sounding overly promotional.
Confidence using your preferred photo and video editing tools.
Someone reliable, responsive and comfortable working independently from a brief.
Experience with interiors, architecture, property or lifestyle content is a plus.
Working arrangement
This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with flexible working hours. Scope, fees, turnaround times and revision rounds will be agreed before work begins. Please quote editing and content creation separately from any optional on-site photography or filming services.
We’d like to begin with a small paid trial project to assess our working fit.
