Employer FAQ
- We accept creative jobs that are based in Singapore. Some examples would be graphic designers, web and interactive designers, curators, fashion assistants, stylists, copywriters and illustrators, to name a few.
- We also accept jobs that fall on the business side of a creative field. For example, admin, marketing, PR and client services.
- We only accept retail roles on a case by case basis.
- We do not accept financial advisor, outsourced sales & marketing and F&B roles.

We reserve the right of final decision with regards to the publishing of jobs.
All job ads are free. If you’d like to attract more applicants, you can opt to make your ad a Featured job. Refer to our Job Package
- Please also do not spam the same listing more than once within 7 days.
- We do not accept ads that use sexist, racist or any other forms of derogatory language.
- Any mention of age, race, religion or gender preferences will be removed in line with the Fair Consideration Framework as laid out by the Ministry of Manpower.
Cultjobs serves a specific niche. We moderate jobs to ensure our audience are continuously served opportunities they are interested in and to minimize spam and scam ads.
No fancy algorithms here. All job ads are moderated by humans. We try to work as quickly as possible, but please expect some delay after business hours and on weekends.
All ads are published for 30 days.
If you create an Employer Account, all your ads can be accessed, managed and edited through your dashboard.
Yes. In the job form, enter ‘Confidential’ or text of your choice in the Company Name field. Job applicants who apply through our system won’t be able to see the email address they apply to.
Log into and your Employer account. In your dashboard, click ‘Copy’ on the job you’d like to replicate. Edit the replicated job post and complete the Payment flow to submit the new job for moderation. No payment is required.
Featured jobs are pinned to the top of the job board for 10 days and highlighted for the length of the listing (30 days).
Please start a new job post using this link. The option for a featured listing is at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, contact our support team at support@cultjobs.com. We will send you a Stripe credit card payment link via email and upgrade your job. Converted jobs will have their 30 day listing refreshed.
In an effort to prevent the abuse of interns as free labour, we felt it was fair for companies to state allowances for internships.
We accept major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot process cheques or money transfers.
We will issue an immediate refund. Note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, because of bank processing times.
An employer profile page offers you a dedicated space to describe what your company does, what you can offer to potential candidates and acts as a central hub for all your job vacancies.
Click on the Employer drop down menu and select ‘Team Admin’. Click on ‘Invite Team Member’ and enter the details of the member you want to add to the account.

Job Seeker FAQ
The max file size is 10MB. We recommend uploading files not bigger than 5MB to meet employer inbox limits.
We restrict file uploads as some employers don’t accept attachments over a certain size. For such applications, try the following options:
- Combine your CV and portfolio into one file (<10MB). You can use this free online tool to convert and combine your documents.
- Upload your portfolio on Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer and provide a link in your cover letter.
No. Once you submit your application through the Cultjobs platform, it is immediately sent to the employer’s stated email address.
A Cultjobs job seeker profile has several benefits. It allows you to:
- Upload your CV once and apply to any jobs with just one click (when logged in)
- View your job application history
- Manage your job alerts in one place
Currently no. We may open candidate profiles to employers in future.
Yes. Go to ‘Manage Profile’ under your job seeker account and click ‘Hide Profile’.
Log into your job seeker account. Click on ‘Job Alerts’ to update job alert settings or unsubscribe from existing alerts.
Sure. Email us at support@cultjobs.com and we will promptly delete your account from our system.
