About the Role
As part of our dynamic Events & Sales team, you will be the driving force behind curating extraordinary celebrations — from luxury weddings and corporate galas to milestone social events.
You won’t just sell event spaces. You will conceptualise, design, and deliver experiences that bring our venues to life, transforming client visions into unforgettable moments.
This role blends strategic sales, creative storytelling, and operational excellence — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, design, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across weddings, corporate functions, and social celebrations within multiple venues.
Develop persuasive proposals and customised event concepts tailored to each client’s vision and brand.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts to secure repeat business.
Partner closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and brand-aligned delivery.
Proactively identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and trend analysis.
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and site inspections with confidence and professionalism.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium service standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, or event sales (wedding or corporate exposure preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong storytelling, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Excellent negotiation, organisation, and multi-tasking capabilities.
A strong eye for aesthetics, trends, and experiential design.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is advantageous.
