Job Description

Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays

3-month minimum commitment

Potential to convert to full-time

Are you studying psychology or simply curious about the quiet work that holds space for healing?

We’re looking for a part-time Intern Community Manager to join us at A Space Between, a co-practice space for mental health practitioners. This is a grounding opportunity to learn how a therapeutic space is held—through rhythm, care, and thoughtful systems—without the pressure of front-facing client work.

You’ll be part of a small, meaningful ecosystem, supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that help therapists do what they do best.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet therapists and their clients, offering a quiet, welcoming presence
  • Support front desk tasks (room checks, email replies, access troubleshooting)
  • Coordinate basic upkeep (cleaning schedules, pantry restocking, lights and scents)
  • Offer walk-throughs to potential members and help them settle in
  • Respond to simple queries in-person, via text or email
  • Assist with low-key community events and creative campaigns
  • Help track memberships, update calendars, and manage simple admin
  • Create light bite-sized content for social media

You Are

  • Kind, steady, and quietly observant
  • Interested in mental health, psychology, or community-based work
  • Comfortable with small details, light admin, and basic tech tools
  • Someone who enjoys making others feel safe and seen
  • Able to commit part-time (Wed, Fri & Sat, 9am to 5pm) for at least 3 months

What You’ll Gain

  • An introduction to the mental health ecosystem in Singapore
  • Exposure to private practice work and collaborative care
  • Opportunities to connect with therapists and wellness practitioners
  • A calm space to explore your interest in mental health
  • Monthly stipend
  • Potential to convert to a full-time role if there’s a good fit

How to Apply

Send an email to joy@aspacebetween.com.sg with your CV and a short note on why this role feels right for you. No need for anything formal—just speak from the heart.

We’d love to hear from you.
