The Account Executive assists in project delivery – a ‘go to’ person to manage the clients’ projects. She will be responsible for developing and executing ideas in achieving the KPIs and desired measurable results. The Account Executive ensures the smooth running of campaigns – from communicating the correct information to all members of the team, to facing clients and reporting to the account director.
An Account Executive should be interested in the client to develop strong, meaningful relationships. Timely communication is imperative to complete projects on time and on budget.
Performing an end-to-end communication management role, the Account Executive is responsible for on-time delivery that not only meets expectations but exceeds them. To do this role effectively you must also be incredibly flexible to meet changing client needs. This role also includes developing fellow team members and providing effective feedback, coaching and direction that enables them to learn and grow on the job.
What does an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive at SCREAME do?
This person acts as a link between clients and the agency. You will be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and communicating clearly to all those involved. Campaigns can be social media or activation-related, depending on projects allocated to you.
This role reports directly to a Senior Account Executive, with the support of a broader and more experienced creative team. Key daily learning touchpoints include preparing briefs and managing assigned clients, while being exposed to the full spectrum of the creative and production process, depending on project requirements. Based on the campaign scope, this role will work with the Creative while being exposed to Integrated Production, Planning, Media, Digital, Activation, and Social teams to develop and deliver creative work. Be expected to be involved in briefing and brainstorming sessions, discussion and presentations, research, and reviews, all with both the internal working team and external clients in developing and building stellar account servicing skills and outstanding work.
Scope split:
Creative / Digital / Events (60%)
A responsible brand custodian who understands clients’ brands inside out, and can knowledge share with relevant teammates.
Ability to manage projects with end-to-end responsibility for the delivery as well as achievement of objectives and measurable result
Social Media – Content / Influencer (40%)
- Manages campaigns within the social sphere, including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, influencers, etc.
- Consistently updates the team with new social trends that can be repurposed for clients.
Facebook/ IG/ TikTok:
- Have a clear understanding of the role and objectives of FB for the brand, brand philosophy, USP, and product offerings.
- Working with a respective reporting line to develop overall content theme and engagement based on client brief and objectives.
- Brief and work closely with the Account Director, creating copy and visuals aligned to objectives.
- Work with the Account Director to create community management SOP for new clients.
- Manage FB community and update SOP as they evolve.
- End-to-end contest/giveaway management.
- Runs monthly FB insights report and provides analysis on improving performance to meet KPIs/ objectives.
Social influencers: - Update the influencer list with the latest profiles and rates.
- Keep a lookout for up-and-coming influencers suitable for our brands.
- Brainstorm with the team on creative solutions and feasible executions to meet the brief.
- Work with Media Strategist/ Account Director to prepare briefs for influencers.
- Manage and follow up on drafts, ensuring influencers meet their deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, media studies, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred.
- Entry-level for Account Executive, or an experienced Executive looking with at least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency, or experienced marketing personnel looking for greater brand exposure and a taste of the dark side.
- Beneficial to have good exposure and competency in client-agency processes.
- Well-organized, extremely detail-oriented, and socially and digitally savvy.
- Master at time management as you will be exposed to various brands, clients, and projects, and a perfectionist especially in work quality and timeline management.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys a good conversation.
- Able to regurgitate information succinctly and professionally.
- Vocal, articulate, and confident in discussions and presentations.
- Inquisitive and curious to understand creative, social, and digital trends, and further research, and explore innovative ideas to share with the team and clients.
