The Role
We’re looking for someone who wants to master short-form — creatively and technically.
Not just editing.
But understanding attention, retention, and conversion.
We build the product.
You own the content engine. This is your lab.
You’ll:
- Ideate
- Script
- Shoot
- Edit
- Post
- Analyze
- Iterate
- Speed and clarity > high production.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Shoot clean phone content (POV, demos, screen recordings)
- Edit fast (CapCut / similar)
- Turn one idea into multiple variations
- Track performance
- Study 5 competitors weekly
- Decide: double down, iterate, or kill
- We care about insight — not vanity metrics.
