About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Administration Officer to oversee property purchases and transactions for our clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end property transaction administration.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, brokers, and conveyancers.
Prepare, review, and track legal and compliance documents.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.
Ensure timely settlement processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-level administration.
Background in property, real estate, or conveyancing is highly regarded.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Must be a Filipino.
